• Credits are deducted when contact details are successfully revealed to your account.

If you are unable to reach a member due to incorrect contact information or a verified technical issue on our platform, please contact our Help Desk with your profile ID and transaction details. After review, we may restore the used credit at our discretion.

6. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was charged in error, duplicated, or made without your authorization, contact us promptly with proof of payment. Verified cases may be reviewed for correction or refund according to our payment provider's rules.

7. Refund Processing Time
